SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver to:  
– United Kingdom (mainland)  
– United States
- Europe

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 working days after payment is confirmed.  
During busy periods, sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are shipped using trusted third-party carriers and, for some items, directly from our manufacturing and fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):  
– United Kingdom: approximately [7–14] working days  
– Europe: approximately [8–20] working days  
– Rest of world: approximately [21–31] working days

These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and delays can happen due to customs checks, carrier delays or events beyond our control.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.  
If tracking is available for your order, we will include a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment.

5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Because we work with more than one fulfilment partner, items in the same order may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.  
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by you.

7. FAILED DELIVERY / UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

If a delivery attempt fails because you are not available or the parcel is not collected from a pickup point within the carrier’s time limit, the parcel may be returned to us or to our fulfilment partner.  
In this case, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend the parcel or deduct reasonable costs from any refund.

8. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

For orders delivered outside [country of dispatch], your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, handling fees or customs charges imposed once the parcel reaches your country.  
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  
You are responsible for paying any such additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

– Please contact us as soon as possible at [support email], including your order number and any photos of the packaging and product.  
– We will contact the carrier and investigate.  
– Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
